About Us
What is ReForest London?
ReForest London is a non-profit organization that engages individuals, groups and businesses in planting and caring for trees in neighbourhoods and natural areas throughout London.
We provide expertise, coordination and funding for eligible community groups. We choose planting locations and tree species, raise funds, and purchase trees. ReForest London also helps you find other individuals, groups and businesses in your neighbourhood to partner with to make your project even more successful.
ReForest London Goals:
- Empowerment – Empower community groups, businesses, and individuals to plant and care for trees
- Ecosystem Health – Improve London’s environmental health through planting trees and shrubs in natural areas, parks, yards and along streets.
- Education – Educate Londoners about the importance of trees and how to plant and care for them.
Trees are a important part of our quality of life - environmentally, culturally and economically. With your help, ReForest London will leave a legacy of trees, an appreciation of the value of greencover, and strong community partnerships for future generations.
