Why do you believe this tree should be selected as the winner in this category?

This beautiful old Ash tree is destined to be taken down in the spring.
To our knowledge it is not infected with the ash borer but it is a huge tree and starting to become brittle with age. The concern is that some of its large regal branches might fall on the roof of the condo's which are in close proximity. We will dearly miss this beautiful Ash tree as it has provided shade and been home to squirrels and various species of birds over its long life.
