ReForest London set up temporary shop along Commissioners Road to sell trees at a discount to neighbourhood residents. For just $5, residents could buy a 2 metre tall tree to be planted in their yards. In addition, residents received a free tree watering kit to help them care for their trees.

This event is part of the larger "Neighbourhood Re-Leaf: Glen Cairn" to plant 1,000 trees in the Glen Cairn neighbourhood over 2008-2009.  The program was funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation and TD Friends of the Environment Foundation.
