St. James Westminster Church's Green Team wanted to add more trees to the property. Several trees needed to be removed, and they were replaced. A fast growing Tulip Tree was added next to the church to provide shade to the kitchen and meeting room. Two Redbud trees were planted to celebrate and honour Father Ken Anderson, who retired in June. A Pin Oak was also planted in the front to add to the Askin Street streetscape.
