Emily Febrey

Emily is a graduate of Dalhousie University, having completed her undergraduate degree of a double major in Environmental Sciences and Environment, Society & Sustainability, with a minor in Biology.


She currently works at St. Clair Region Conservation Authority (SCRCA) as a Stewardship Communications Technician. She works with large landowners and farmers to provide resources and funding for different best management practices and habitat improvement projects on their property. She also assists with education and communications at SCRCA, through social media, newsletters, education programming and other sources and works with watershed residents, partners, municipalities, board members and stakeholders to curate an appreciation of nature and create a healthier watershed.


Emily is a community producer with Rogers tv for the television show “Learn with Ranger Em”. For the show, she interviews community members, environmental professionals and local champions about different conservation practices and environmental issues. So far she has hosted Urban Roots London, Catfish Creek Conservation Authority, Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority, ReForest London, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, St. Clair Region Conservation Authority and more.
