Sadaf Taimur, PhD, contributes to governance and strategic oversight, and supports the Board’s work to identify, recruit, and develop the leadership ReForest London needs as it grows. Professionally, she is Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Centre for Building Sustainable Value (BSV) at Ivey Business School, with over a decade of experience as a Sustainability Scientist working across academia, international organizations, and industry. Outside of work, Sadaf can usually be found with her family, friends or with a book.
Sadaf was drawn to collaborate with ReForest London by how grounded its work is, she wanted to be part of an organization where environmental action is tangible, local, and built with community. Sadaf would like to help London become a city where sustainability isn’t a separate department, but a shared way of being: where green spaces, strong neighbourhoods, and a just transition grow together. The most resilient cities are the ones where ecological and social/community health are inseparable, and she would love to contribute to that vision.
