If you’re interested in learning how to volunteer in the Tree Nursery – your time has come! Attend this session to become one of our valued Core Volunteers. This training is required to volunteer with RFL in the fall and upcoming events.
If you’re interested in learning how to volunteer in the Tree Nursery – your time has come! Attend this session to become one of our valued Nursery Volunteers. This training is required to volunteer in the Nursery with ReForest London in upcoming events.
Please note you must register twice if you are interested in both the Core Volunteer session and Nursery Volunteer session. The sessions are both on Saturday, August 15th, with a half hour break in between for questions and discussion.
Training Day Schedule
- 9:00-10:00 am: Core Volunteer Training (Park Naturalizations, Tree Giveaways, Aftercare) with outdoor, hands-on component.
- 10:00 – 10:30am : Washroom & Refreshments Break
- 10:30- 11:30 am: Nursery Volunteer Training, entirely outdoor session.
- 11:30- 12:00 pm: Closing Remarks
Please note there is major construction at the corner of Wellington & Commissioners Rd. Please be careful and allow extra time for delays.
