Executive Director, Advancement & Partnerships
Rodger leads ReForest London’s fundraising, partnerships, communications, and long-term organizational sustainability. He brings a strong background in business and nonprofit leadership, blending strategic thinking with a practical, mission-driven approach. A committed conservationist, Rodger is deeply dedicated to ReForest London’s mission and to protecting and strengthening the natural environment through community-based action.

Executive Director, Operations & Capital Projects
Shaquille leads ReForest London’s programs, internal operations, and capital projects, including the ongoing development of the Westminster Ponds Centre.
